Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Purpose
The website www.monsouvenirdeparis.com is an e-commerce platform allowing the purchase of souvenir gift products under the Atelier Pato brand. These Terms and Conditions govern all online sales and set out the terms, rights and obligations of the parties.
Article 2 – Legal Information
Atelier Pato is a simplified joint-stock company (capital: €1,000) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 851 912 790, registered office: 14 Boulevard de Reuilly – 75012 Paris. VAT: FR 36 851 912 790. Customer contact: bonjour@monsouvenirdeparis.com
Article 3 – Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is automatic upon placing an order. Refusing the Terms and Conditions prevents any order.
Article 4 – Product Features
Customers may review the features of the products before purchase. The seller reserves the right to modify the offering. Photographs do not guarantee an exact match of colours due to technical constraints.
Article 5 – Prices
Displayed prices include taxes. The seller applies the rates in effect at the time of validation. Delivery charges are indicated separately before payment.
Article 6 – Order
Orders are placed online in 5 steps: adding to the cart, verification, account creation (optional), acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, payment by bank card. A confirmation email is sent without delay. The seller may cancel in the event of a stock shortage or payment default, with a full refund. Accounting data is kept for 10 years; no card number is stored after the transaction.
Article 7 – Payment Terms
Purchases are secured 24/7 by PayPal and Stripe. No banking data is stored on the seller’s servers. The products remain the property of the seller until full payment.
Article 8 – Delivery
Delivery to mainland France and, under certain conditions, worldwide. The customer selects the delivery method before payment. The charges include handling, packaging, dispatch, delivery and tracking. In the event of a multiple order, the charges are billed only once.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 30 days from receipt to withdraw without justification. Notification is made by email to bonjour@monsouvenirdeparis.com. The refund is made within 30 days of the request. The products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
The customer must check conformity upon receipt. In the event of a defect, the seller offers repair, replacement or a full refund. The guarantee against hidden defects applies in accordance with the law.
Article 11 – Customer Obligations
Purchases are reserved for individuals for personal use. The seller will refuse orders in abnormal quantities suggesting a commercial activity.
Article 12 – Seller’s Liability
The seller is not liable for damage related to improper use, nor for non-performance due to force majeure or the customer’s faults (incorrect address, refusal of delivery).

Personal data (see the Privacy Policy), intellectual property, amendments to the Terms and Conditions, French language prevailing, consumer mediation, applicable French law and jurisdiction of the Paris Courts.
Appendix – Withdrawal Form
Form to be completed and sent to Atelier Pato SAS, 14 Boulevard de Reuilly – 75012 Paris or bonjour@monsouvenirdeparis.com, including: order number, dates, and the customer’s identity and address.
