What does the law actually say?

Like all e-retailers, we collect data about our website visitors and work with several third-party service providers that have access to some of this data. It is essential in order to offer you the best possible experience and ensure that your browsing runs smoothly. We are required to keep visitors informed of all processing carried out using the data collected.

Where is my data stored?

Our servers are managed by a professional hosting provider. So that you can access the history and tracking of your orders, this data is deleted only if you request it by contacting bonjour@atelierpato.com.

Do you sell my data?

Never. The data collected is neither sold, rented, nor exchanged. It belongs to you and is stored solely for the proper functioning of the site and the tracking of your orders.

Is my password secure?

Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be decrypted. All of your payment data is encrypted via Stripe and PayPal. At no point do we have access to your bank card number.

Order

We record the information needed to place an order: email, first and last name, postal address, and phone number. Some of this data is passed on to our carrier for delivery.

Newsletter

If you have given your consent, we use your email address to send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the emails.

Statistics

We use third-party software to understand our activity and offer the best possible user experience. The processing of this data is completely anonymous.

Modifying or deleting my data

Most of the data can be modified directly from your customer account. For any other request, write to bonjour@atelierpato.com specifying your request.
